that still sucks - and dont all those profit share/401k match go up if you were paid more? well i know 401k would not sure how your profit share works.
well yes, 401k match is based on how much i put in so if i make more more will go in and profit matching is based upon gross salary, iirc so that would go up a bit as well.
don't get me wrong, 3.75% is better than nothing but any raise that's less than the rate of inflation isn't worth jack shit imo.
