That's pretty much it. The difficulty is the whole digging up the sprinkler system. That's never fun.

I guess I could see if i can fool with the sprinkler system
and btw it's for the flowers and plants and not the grass because the damn grass grows too fast as is

Why don't you just run a drip system for the plants? That way you can regulate how much water each plant gets so that you don't drown them...
