plinking or not, i've owned and shot both extensively and even for plinking, the AK is much more enjoyable.

 

also, if you do, for some reaosn, get the sks, for the record, i had that same stock on mine and it was garbage. also, you're going to have a shit time finding reliable 30rders for the sks. you need to buy many of them and try them out and sell the ones that don't work because they don't all work in all guns. it's really hit & miss.
