No no no... not straight to the grill...

Put it in the microwave with a wet paper towel for 1:42 minutes, during this time you should be heating a pan to 137.5 degress +/- Fry both sides for 1:33 minutes, then put it on the grill for 3:33 minutes.

couple of weeks probably... if it doesnt smell funny, taste funny, or have mold on it, it is still safe to eat.

foods are so loaded up on preservatives these days, there is little to worry about.

2 week old pancit rico? dude thats bad. pancit has some of the worst turn around times from good to "espoiled".

i refuse to eat chicken after the 2nd day.. the flavor is bleh. Most other things, 3-4 days MAX.
