I can understand the no loaner, but they proably use enterprise or one of the other rental car companies for loaners. That is not true at all because there is at least one enterprise satalite branch in the local Honda dealership around where I am. maybe its the choice of the dealership?

I think it may be up to them to a certain degree. The service advisor said I could talk to the service manager about maybe working something out but I figured I wouldn't say anything until the car was actually in for service. :dunno:

I'd recommend talking to the service manager and politely asking him about a rental. customer service is huge at the service department so slide in a comment how you'll mark off completly satisified and how you can write a glowing letter to make them look good. in essence make them pay to get a good customer service score out of you. If your willing to help them out they will be a lot more willing to hook you up. I always ask service shops or when I'm at verizon if there is a way I can return the favor to them with a posite survey. In return I almost always get great service in return.
