I can understand the no loaner, but they proably use enterprise or one of the other rental car companies for loaners. That is not true at all because there is at least one enterprise satalite branch in the local Honda dealership around where I am. maybe its the choice of the dealership?
I think it may be up to them to a certain degree. The service advisor said I could talk to the service manager about maybe working something out but I figured I wouldn't say anything until the car was actually in for service. :dunno:
