wouldn't say it's a men vs women thing ... it's all in the personality type.

I'm a scrooge with my days off. Another guy here just never shows up on Mondays and Fridays ... sometimes Tuesdays ... goes home early on Wednesdays ... never came back from lunch last Thursday ...

I stay away from my PTO as much as possible. I want the board to say "Brian, you need to take some vacation. You have racked up too much PTO."

I love that mine accrues. I get 17 days off per year, and come June it goes up to 24 per year.
