The houses i'm looking at are all listed by realtors so should i find one from a different firm than the one selling?

Shit found one that i'm seriously calling about around lunch time but it says sale pending on the website. Is there any way to get this place still?

depends all on the house and location. and damn, that's cheap.

as for sale pending, presumably an offer has been accepted, so you're chance at this point is if the buyers back out, or they fail to get financing.

you found a real estate agent yet? tell the agent you are interested and give them an offer just in case the deal didn't go through with the pending sale.
