Default HAN Workout Krew v. DUMBELLS

So I'm looking at picking up a set of dumbells for the p90 program. What are your opinions on the "adjustable" sets. Only thing I'm really concerned with the durability. DOn't want them breaking and falling an my head.

Otherwise, I was just going to pick up a set of 35's 45's regular iron hex. They're freaking expensive though.

I looked at the bowflex set and it's 400 with the stand, each set up to 52.5 lbs.

The other one was made of metal and was 100 cheaper.

I was about to suggest getting the bowflex one and telling us how they were, I'm been debating getting that set for months :/ But I'm afraid of them breaking also

1 set of 45's, 1 set of 35 and one set of 25 = 6 dumbells.

I don;t know how I feel about having that many.

I've always used the adjustable barbell type for at home workouts.
