i do my edison, gas, and water bills online

i even setup gas to autopay.

garbage, maybe because i'm in an apartment. they wont let me do it online unless i pay like $3 additional per month.

ahh, that sucks. i'm really surprised that you have to pay garbage at an apt. even i dont pay garbage. HOA takes care of that
