I might eventually get that. My insurance is supposed to be great w/ covering it. What was the surgery like?
pretty crazy man. 5 mins for each eye.
1st they put numbing drops, then they scary sh_t......
they have like a plastic ring they put on ur eye, it kinda like a vacuum and pushes every down except ur iris... this is when ur vision goes completely black!!! laser cuts a flap, re-shapes ur retina, doc pulls the flap back over and onto the other eye.
u sleep for about a good 8 -10 hr and ur vision starts to come back. about a month healing process but its subtle changes like less glare and u end up squinting less cuz u can see things clearer.
dude... i was -10.75 the doc said i had the 2nd highest prescription to undergo lasiks. now im 20-15
can you actually see them cutting? when I had something removed f/ my eye, i couldn't see anything.
nah.. everything went black man.. then u see the white and red light of the laser. but there's a lot of pressure on ur eyeball man.. feels like its gonna burst!
