I need a copy of gmapprom.img from the garmin folder if anyone can help it would be appreciatedh:

I accidentally formatted the nuvi trying to format an sd card Got everything back up and running but no maps.

Laugh if you want but this really sucks

plug it into the USB port on your computer and copy the file and email it or upload it somewhere :dunno:

Hookup to your pc and go into the garmin folder, upload/copy the file gmapprom.img somewhere. I'm up in the poconos right now at my father in-laws. I need to get my gps working again, I may try to go to bestbuy/circuitcity and see if they can help me if this doesn't work out. I believe the file is like 1.2GBh:
