I found a torrent just before I went to bed last night and I'm finishing installing it now, I'll know in 10 minutes if it works. If it does I'm backing the nuvi up to my portable HDD and making a copy of that on DVD-R

GOT IT!!!! thanks for the help, I appreciate the effort. Work would have sucked this week without my gps

h: I'm backing the nuvi up now

I suggest everyone make a backup of their nuvi files, just in case

h: Not fun if this happens to you.

Don't need a backup I use Thomas Guides and do just fine with them
