I have a coworker that rides his bike(s) in like once a week. His path in to work is over 20 miles each way too!

If I lived a mile away I would definitely be biking too! Yea my coworker is nuts but then again he does a lot of running and biking events. Matter fact he was off today to prepare for the Shamrock event this weekend.

And when he's not biking to work. He will use his lunch to run 6 miles then come back to work and shower. I feel really out of shape when I think about it. h:

i would be all for walking/biking to work but the sweat factor, the weirdness of wearing a suit on a bike.... having to trek through a less than wonderful neighborhood on the way to work, and the thought of trekking uphill to get home.... it's not that I live too far from work, its just the other conditions that i'm not crazy about

We have showers at work so you could just bike in with crappy clothes. Then shower and change.

I live just under a mile and a half away from work. During winter I always just drive the daily beater, but when its nice I bike unless its friday, then its time to pull out the fun car.
