Let's bring this up to tonight:
I am making a meatloaf and baked sweet potatoes.
Meatloaf recipe:
3/4 lb ground sirloin
3/4 lb ground pork
~ 1/2 cup dried mushrooms (I ground them into small pieces)
~ 1 teaspoon Southwest spices
1 onion diced
1 egg
1/4 cup cornflake crumbs
1 can Heinz Sloppy Joe sauce
Put in loaf pan
Top with Panko bread crumbs
Then bake at 375 ~ 1.5 hours
