1080p FTMFW...
Sold my 37" LG 720p LCD for $500...and went out today and purchased a 40" Samsung 1080p LCD for $1167 + tax.
This thing is so freakin' sweet! Much better HD picture, and Xbox 360 in 1080p is awesomeness.

I'm ready for a 50" 1080p. I wanna hang it over the 34" CRT and use it to split the screen on while playing 2-player games on PS3. I heard you can do that, right?

Good luck getting the picture settings dialed in.
If you like the way it looks now, don't worry about anything.
I went to avsforums, and 10 hours of bs later, its still not perfect.
Depending on the build date/software revision/firmware revision/panel revision, settings can vary pretty heavily.
Does anyone have avia or digital video essentials HD versions? If so, do you like it?
