Being that you do not have an education you gotta find a manual labor job.

Roofing, brick layer, concrete work.

this 12.50/hr or whatever your making isnt going to cut it

He has no job now, so 0.00/hr isn't cutting it either.

I would hate to ever have to declare bankruptcy...man I would sell my left nut before I declared bankruptcy in todays world because everything revolves around credit score now.

I think the way that I keep/kept my CC balance down is I don't ask for a credit hike or allow it. All my credit cards max out at $8 TOTAL between all cards and I hold a 25% balance on them.

yes I pay a lot month to month but I don't go too crazy.

On that fact I have thought of selling the car and bike, being upside down on those loans a few thousand and buying a used pos car to bust down some of my debt.

Darkstarr, i'll commend you for posting your money problems here, because as you can see, everyone here is either a baller with no financial problems or is a financial professional that feel the need to call you stupid.

Its obvious you were aware that the flaming was going to happen but as brash / blunt everyone is being, take their advice.

thats basically what it comes down to. sell all your stuff, even if it means for cheaper than what you want to, and handle your shit.

I have...twice. After my first one I was able to buy a house and several cars while still paying the court. I got clipped 1% on home loan and a couple of % on car loans. I'm in the end of one right now. I filed after my liver transplant and they extended my payments by 6 months. Both times it was Chapter 13 where you pay a percentage of your debt (10% aggressive lawyer). It will be on my credit record for ten years but I can deal with that I have in the past.
