One of my old cats was a bengal leopard, and she would hunt you at night. Every once in a while you'd walk through the house and only see something flicker in the shadows, then she would attack your calf like she was taking down a deer or something (Full on crash and tackle, with only enough claws and teeth to hold on but not hurt the skin).

My cats also love getting in the sink (especially when I am trying to brush teh teef).

I did that for a while...I got bored.

 

You are probably going to have to let them brawl. One will establish dominance and it will more than likely be ok after that.

Be on hand with a water bottle or a super soaker in case it gets way out of hand (It probably wont). Ive had to do this a few times. It sucks, but they are eventually are going to have to coexist without supervision so may as well get it over with.

They might not even fight. :shrug:

 

my kitties didn't fight when i put them together. they didn't get along super great at first, but now they cuddle each other.

 

Yeah they do their little cat dance, puff up and hiss a bit-usually no big deal....but it has to be done. One has got to be boss. They will eventually tolerate each other if not be buddies.

Gotta love the animals. So cool.

 

the play fight all the time. one kitty's tail gets super puffed up. it's funny to see.

 

I incite fights between my cats all the time. A #1 way to get something started is to gently toss one cat on to the lawn while another is playing near by. The one tossed usually then gets tackled within seconds h:
