So I got a new kitty today. A lady at work was trying to get rid of her because her kids were too young to know how to behave with a cat (i.e. pulling its tail, trying to ride it, etc)... so basically this cat was abused by toddlers h: When I picked her up, she was living in the garage and hiding under carpet remnants. She was definitely skiddish when I first met her, and is still a bit tweaky, but she's becoming very friendly. Now the big test will be to see how she gets along with my roommates cat.
Don't be the guy who's single, 35+ and has a cat living alone.
I've got a roommate :dunno:
And just to post a 4:55am update... the cats been going nuts all night because the roommate's cat is just outside the door. Trying to introduce them slowly...
