Default US Navy = hole in one

Missile hits dying US spy satellite
WASHINGTON - A Navy missile soaring 130 miles above the Pacific smashed a dying and potentially deadly U.S. spy satellite Wednesday and probably destroyed a tank carrying 1,000 pounds of toxic fuel, officials said.

Officials had expressed cautious optimism that the missile would hit the satellite, which was the size of a school bus. But they were less certain of hitting the smaller, more problematic fuel tank, whose contents posed what Bush administration officials deemed a potential health hazard to humans if it landed intact.
:usa: I thought they'd miss :lmao:

The original target was the size of a school bus. The aftermath left football sized debris.

Now, if they launch tiny missiles, we should be able to get these things down to golf balls.

what i loved about the whole thing was china isnt to happy that the US did this ... when they just blew a satelite up a couple months ago that littered space with dangerous debris everywhere. at least this isnt going to leave debris everywhere, its all going to reenter the atmosphere. the chinese govt is one messed up system
