Default My 55G African Cichlid tank

I recently got my 55G Cichlid tank established and partially stocked. Here's some pictures and a video.

My next project very well may be a 55G devoted to a single Flowerhorn

I knew you were going to upgrade. :lmao:

What kind of lighting are you running? Looks like you have some actinic supplementation. I loooooove the blue look.

What, me? My roommate took his 55g to the place where he'll be staying and is gonna convert it over time. Not cheap. For now I'm babysitting 2 clowns and 2 maroon clowns in a 10g. They aren't very big so they'll be fine until he gets it set up

I love saltwater tanks.. so pretty

Oh god.

I can't believe they haven't killed each other yet. I'd set up another ten gallon to seperate the clowns....immedietly. The war isn't a matter of how, it's when.

I've bred both types of clowns and maroons are mean son's a bitches. I had to wear gloves to feed my coral because the maroon would make me bleed..bad.

They're just the standard All-Glass bulbs. It's the camera doing that, lol.

...and to think he wanted to throw black's into the mix

After all is said and done I think he'll have 2 Orange, 2 Maroon, 2 Blacks, (possibly 2 Snow Caps), and a Flame Angel last.
