Default DIY rim rash repair

i may do this tomorrow since i have some curb rash on my front left rim.
Anyone tried this before?

You know there's a thing called light, it helps if it is used when taking pictures...I wish people would remember this...

Not half bad. I curbed one of my stock RSX rims the first week I had the car -- I might have to do this sooner or later.

yep, me and rich. don't do it if it's cold, the paint wont spray right and it wont stick right and it wont set right and it wont dry right and your wheel will look wrong.

Yeah, colored wheels will need paint...obviously. And deeper rashes may need bondo to fill.

word! and make sure to use a light coat of clearcoat. i fixed another wheel at home and the gash was so bad it needed spot putty.

and use sunblock :teehee: or you get sunburnt on the back and chrome dome
