Roger Clemens' testimony during a congressional hearing didn't start well. Mispronounces name of his accuser. :chuckles:

I see another * next to a MLB player. :hs:

There is no way they can convict Clemens. They have no proof of it in his system, plain and simple.

You can have vials and needles with his blood on it, but it could have been tampered.

I believe that Clemens used, I just don't see how they are going to convict him anything other than the possible illegal purchase of a substance.

I'll be the first to say

WHO GIVES A SHIT

They're hunting down these athletes like they're child molesters or something. I don't care if he was on PCP :dunno: he plays a GAME for a living, for christ sake. Leave my tax dollars out of it.

Bad news haters!
Clemens nor Bonds is going to jail

In the Clemens case it's all hearsay(although he looked gulity like mutha)
you can't convict on hearsay
now if they test those needles that NcNamee turned in for DNA they may have a case.

Now on to Bonds
The feds took an awful long time to bring this case to trial
They need to prove that,he knew he was taking steroids and lied about it.
Bonds already admitted to using the cream but denied using the other types
Roids.

why don't congress waste our tax Dollars on something else?

I know for Fraud its 6 years in NYS. I assume perjury may be around the same.

He can admit all he wants as to what he was told 10 years ago.
The law cant find him accountable if the statue expired.

dorks!
The perjury offense has not met the statute time-dork

Maybe something has come between them. I wouldnt do that to my best friend. Id risk perjury for my best friend, that title (best friend) would only be there for someone I considered family.

Even still, as pointed out several times, mother teresa can talk shit on you but in this country-fucking prove it.

Not even, the defense would easily win the case by touting tampering of evidence.
