ok, so I picked up a 4 gig nano earlier this week and actually opened it and started messing with it yesterday. And that's where my problems began. I can't get the damn thing to work for more than a few minutes. It's either freezing up, not recognized by iTunes or completely unresponsive. I've reset the damn thing probably 30 times now and I'm still not doing any better. I just need to find out if Best Buy will take it back for an exchange or if I now have to deal with Apple? I'm not sure what their policy is. I'm not sending it in for service when I just bought the damn thing!
