how do you like your iced coffee prepped

how do you like your iced coffee prepped
so i've noticed lots of places have different techniques..
or do you have another method that you like?
- hot brewed coffee and pouring it over iced.. (lazy way)
- espresso + water + ice (i.e., coffee bean & tea leaf... wtf, isnt that an iced americano? ..whatever)
- cold brewing (long way)
or do you have another method that you like?
