so i've noticed lots of places have different techniques..

• hot brewed coffee and pouring it over iced.. (lazy way)
• espresso + water + ice (i.e., coffee bean & tea leaf... wtf, isnt that an iced americano? ..whatever)
• cold brewing (long way)

or do you have another method that you like?
