This happened to me a few weeks back, I thought it was teh cans0r! Turned out to be an infection that resulted from some ruff sex0r. I had to take some antibiotics and it was gone in a week.

I really don't want to get in to details but, it wasn't an std. If you get too rough it can cause a tear in the membrane of the testie which in turn can get infected.
