i read that this morning

and as retarded as she is for doing that ... i have a hard time believing they will be able to hold the charges up

she was at home and inside ... she can deny driving, her bf can deny she was driving. now who's gonna do what? a good lawyer could probably get the charges dropped sadly enough and she wont learn her lesson

Yes but she was drunk so she very well may have been the passenger in the vehicle. There is no proof she wasn't and the burden of proof lies on the states shoulders not hers

a good lawyer can get the admission thrown out then they have nothing. its akin to me bragging about doing 120 on a freeway ... its illegal, but unless the cop catches yo udoing it and has more proof than you saying you did its kinda hard to prosecute

Did you guys watch the video? She doesn't seem like the type of person that would even bother hiring a lawyer...I mean, in the interview afterwards she pretty much continues to own up to it.
