at least the local paper back home always does

nah he picks up nice properties and rents em out or resells. he's down to only 3 or 4 properties spread out over a couple towns now ... mainly commercial.

before i moved across the state he was about ready to buy a nice little place just down the road from him that i could have on a rent to own type deal. i pay what a mortgage would be and it would be in his name until it was payed off and he would transfer it all to me

yea, i wanted to, and more when i saw someone else was on but the gf was on her way over and i knew if i jumped in i'd not want to get off when she got there

 

damn just got a new job. time to look for a place to pick up
