Default Resume Question

When I'm tailoring a resume to a specific job, I like to have a "Summary of Qualifications". Within that, I'll have a list of things I feel qualify me for the position, but when I type them out, should it be like..

"Prepared foods in mass quantities"

or

"Prepared Foods in Mass Quantities"

Thanks

I'll do the sub titles like number 2 and description like number 1. Unless someone suggests otherwise?

Thanks

Do you capitalize the first letter of every word in a regular sentence? A resume should be no different.
