Default workout crew: weight

I'm 5'6" between 140-145lbs. I want to get in the 150-155lb range. I need to go grocery shopping, so I need a list of good foods to get. I want to keep it healthy and keep the cholesterol as low as possible.
I'm going to be doing some heavy lifting while eating lots, help me out

Yea I forgot to mention fresh fruits / veggies and rice because my mom buy those

I snack a lot of raw veggies now...so if you plan on doing that, find a dressing that is low fat

not really fat. but there are some good fats. like the omega 3 fatty acids, and some others.

but to brar, eat often. like every 3 hours or so. not like every hour. this will speed up your metabolism and help you keep bad weight off while allowing your body to pack on muscle if you train right.

Why don't you just use some weight gainer? you can easily gain those 10 pounds in a month or less and keep them on
