I'm not sure to be honest. I pay $19.99 for the Premium account. Log in to the site and click on My account. There should be an area that says Monthly e-coupons. And I just double checked, they're good on either a game or movie.

fawk blockbuster in the ear

they switched my plan from unlimited in store exchanges, which kicked ass, to 2 a month
this cut my rentals in half
then 2 months later they raised the price for the shittier service

i would have been happy with paying more for the original service, or having only 2 exchanges a month, but changing both is bullshit

e-coupon is only for certain plans, it used to be for all but now its only the higher ones, it also used to be applied to games or movies, now its only movies i think
they used to also give you a free movie to keep once a year, cut that deal as well

we cancelled the service the end of last month, but we didnt get the last movies we had back before the end of our billing cycle
so they charged us a full months fee and kept it open for an entire extra month instead of just prorating it and ending the account
/rant

p.s. if you order a movie that is two discs you can exchange each disc instore for another rental even though the two discs only counted as one online

Exactly what i was saying. The plan was great until they took away the game and raised prices.

you know...they took the game coupon away like a year or 2 ago...but they brought it back.

i love my blockbuster account. i have the 19.99 plan. get 1 coupon a month for game/movie rental (game coupon is already worth 8.99).

get 3 movies in the mail. take them back to the store to get 3 more movies. blockbuster then sends out the next movies before they even receive them in the mail.

We were on the 2 movies at a time plan. On that one, you still got the coupon, but just for a movie. We decided not to up to the 3 plan just for the game and switched back to netflix.

werd. One time I had like 4 online rentals and 2 in-store movies at the same time. :chuckles:

Sometimes I'll pick out something online and get it in the mail but decide I don't want to watch it after all, so I'll just go exchange it without watching it. Really if you rent more than say 5 movies a month from Blockbuster anyway, it's a good deal.
