only advice i can give is "sue" and dont think twice about it, the guy that rearended you is totally at fault and you can sue the fuck out of his insurence, trust me i know this for a "fact". at least call an attorney so you can collect for lost wages and personal injury and hospital bills. if you dont sue, you are a complete moron. i have seen ppl get 6 figures for this type of shit, it could change your life bro. Remember when you are sueing, you are not sueing him, you are sueing his insurence so its not like you are getting money out of his pocket, worst case for him is a rate increase or he'll get kicked from insurence. DONT FEEL BAD DOOD, ITS YOUR MONEY!!!

oh and get a personal injury attorney , He gets paid only if he gets money for you and if he doesnt you dont have to pay!! plus the money he gets paid comes from what he is sueing for, so you dont have to take cash out of your pocket.

sigh, i think youre being overly sensitive. if you knew what happened to me last time, you would agree to the ironing. it was almost the exact same situation w/ the persons BOTH being of the same ethnicity. which is why it was part of the title. just drop it. not like i get all worked up cuz people are calling out asians/koreans 
unless the previous incident involved the same parties, it really has no relevance .. the two accidents involved people of the same ethnicity? so what!? you just don't get my point.
