got off the phone w/ the guys insurance. have to wait til the 15th to go to a drive-in inspection a claims rep is supposed to hit me up sometime tomorrow. this is going to suck hard

Wouldnt be a bad idea to get a lawyer. Get everything you can for what is actually damaged, just dont be dishonest like every other sue happy yoyo in this country.

yeah, trust me i dont want to be dishonest. but i think i was too nice the last time around and lost out on a few thousand. thing is i dont know anything about lawyers or which kind to look for. so confused... :sad:

don't fuck around, take them for all they're worth. Tell them your back is fawked and you're going to need physical therapy, tell them that no one will buy an S2000 with body/frame damage. Tell them you've got a lean 300lb bodyguard who has killed for less than this.
