2nd time getting owned by a central american driving a massive SUV
yeah, trust me i dont want to be dishonest. but i think i was too nice the last time around and lost out on a few thousand. thing is i dont know anything about lawyers or which kind to look for. so confused...
oh and a pic of the piece of junk that hit me. look at all that damage...

don't fuck around, take them for all they're worth. Tell them your back is fawked and you're going to need physical therapy, tell them that no one will buy an S2000 with body/frame damage. Tell them you've got a lean 300lb bodyguard who has killed for less than this.
hasnt even been 2 yrs since some feg eatin fried chicken rear-ended my accord and now this. some retard driving a 99 chevy 2500 runs into me while everyone was stopped at a red light. happened a little more than an hour ago while on my way back from the mall...

:wtf:
i HATE having to go through insurance to do all this garbage. and last time i got screwed when i resold the accord and Progressive (other guys insurance) gave me "their word" that theyd reimburse me for any money id lose on resale b/c of the accident. well when time came they never backed me up b/c they said i didnt have proof of that agreement in writing (lesson learned).
ive heard of people getting lawyers to settle these things to the fullest and although i didnt do that last time and would rather not, would it be a wise thing to do? i know my resale will drop and my own insurance will go up (from what ive heard) along w/ a shitload of inconveniences til this thing gets repaired. plus i feel like i need to go to the hospital tomorrow to make sure my lower back isnt overly damaged. right now my right lower-back area is really sore. cant even try touching my toes before i feel pain. its weird cuz i didnt feel pain til way later a few yrs ago
anyway, im about to call the guys insurance to get things rolling. any words of advice that may be helpful? appreciate it, guys :hs:
