PS - make sure you're eating enough to fuel your workouts. proper diet is key.

also, i *HIGHLY* recommend picking up arnold schwarzenegger's encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding.

I used free weights, and always do each rep properly an improper "lazy" rep doesn't count. Also, if your too exhausted to finish you are done.

word, 3-4 eggs 45 minutes before would be fine for a quick boost

hey will, just thought of another thing -- if your arms are tiring out first on the bench, try going with a wider grip.

the closer your hands are, the more you're working out your triceps.

thats a lot of chest exercises to do all in a row. i rotate my exercises, i.e. do chest, then triceps, then back, then back to chest. i know if i tried to do those back to back id be in a world of hurt. i dont even think thats good for you, either

it's called hitting a muscle group. you should never workout your chest and tris on the same day or on consecutive days since chest workouts use your tris also. therefore you're not getting the maximum power out of them.

you can combine muscle groups that dont work against each other like chest and biceps, or shoulders and tris. same with legs.
