it's called hitting a muscle group. you should never workout your chest and tris on the same day or on consecutive days since chest workouts use your tris also. therefore you're not getting the maximum power out of them.

you can combine muscle groups that dont work against each other like chest and biceps, or shoulders and tris. same with legs.
