micro SD cards
im thinkin about gettin one for my phone to store some tunes and pictures. dont think i need anything bigger than 1gb. anyone know where i can find good ones for a sweet deal? word

the biggest issue with SD cards is where they're made.
The made in Japan cards run a bit quicker than the ones made in Taiwan. For cellphone use, I don't think you'd even notice a difference. For uses like Nintendo DS rom loading, some games won't even work on Taiwanese cards.
Is there any way to tell where your card is made before buying? Most likely, no.
Just stick with Kingston.

i bought 2 2gb micro sd card from meritline and works fine in my nokia e60
