Seriously though, I still watch most stuff on a 25'' SD (not even flat) w/ mono sound and the damn thing doesn't even have composite a/v inputs let alone component, etc.... by your media standards I might as well be dead h:

Ive watched We Were Soldiers, Fast and the Furious, Talladega Nights, Top Gun, and The Guardian to name some. I have noticed a difference in them, but I can't compare it to any other upscaled video, so I can't say if it's up to those standards.

I have the fast and the furious dvd so i'll give that one a shot when i get home. Maybe it was just that OZ box set or something.
