Get real Corey the country is already involved so exactly what would you like them to do? Maybe pull all funding for our troops over there leaving them high and dry costing thousands of lives?
What would you suggest the country do when another country attacks them?
Not saying Iraq attacked but just curious what your proposal would be. Weapons have to be maintained even in peace time as a precautionary measure and troops need to be trained and taken care of and these things cost money. If we as a country didn't keep up with the weapons and tactics of other countries and develop a step past them what good would we be if we were attacked or invaded?

This would be a tactical measure taken so that people who are reading what I write will take what I write seriously. This would increase my charm. There would be less brain casualties, and we could maintain the same amount of sanity while pretending that we can force people to be peaceful. Commas are inherently peaceful.

you'd have better luck taking a donation and burning it. I've got a Paul joint downstairs from me on Belmont and Ashland here in chicago... these idiots actually think they can make a difference in illinois... in CHICAGO??
Tell u what, I love the guy for his anti-war stance... in fact, it makes me sick that he's the only one in these ridicules republican debates.... while the rest of these drones beat the drumb for more war. I also appreciate the fact that he has some idea as to what the US dollar is worth - or was worth and should be worth for that matter... but this guy is so far off the charts as far as social planning for a country, it would destroy our communities and society.
If it was up to Ron Paul, the Police and fire departments would be privatized. Do you trust a Walmart police department? He was even quoted as saying the smithsonian should be privatized!!!

I like Ron Paul's stance on minimalist government and cutting unnecessary spending, as well as decreasing the size and power of the executive branch (although I only advocate a moderate decrease). I disagree with a lot of his social views. I like a lot of Barack Obama's social views...

And if it comes down to it, you might like Bloomberg. Hopefully it won't come down to it, because that means guilliani and clinton.
Either way, that middle u speak of is bloomberg. But he's got his head in the clouds as far as foreign affairs are concerned — I like the guy , but Obama is already on top of things.

I'll probably vote for whoever gets the Republican nomination, hopefully that's Mitt or Guiliani, unless Obama gets the Democratic nomination. I'll vote for Mickey Mouse before Hillary or Edwards but I'd be open to learning more about Obama.
