Mark seems like a good guy, but he also seems a little overworked as he's running the whole operation by himself. He can take a while to respond to voicemails or e-mails. Just keep calling until he picks up.

I got the last "sales sample" 27 he had 2 weeks ago, but he was expecting more in, and he still had some regular "used" 27s available.
