Default The best <$100 tires

Yo foos, i need some new tires for my 94 Accord. Less than $100 / tire is preferred, but right around there is cool

I'm new to the tire buying stuff, i has no ideas. I'd like to snag something local just for a one-stop shop to get tires, mounted, balanced, etc. Tires plus or whatever is all good.

Probably a good all-weather tire would be best, as I deal with snow/rain, alot.

I have the stock steelies on the accord, if that changes anything.

Thanks a bunch... I've always left the tire buying to my parents, so I just don't know what to look for.

I bought some Ecsta SPTs, and I've been very happy so far.

what about the Kumho Ecsta ASX?

I've been reading reviews on all the ones suggested so far. I've never had decent tires on a car (just pretty much whatever the garage slapped on when they said we needed new tires), so i don't really know what to expect.

from doing a little research, i would like:
- good durability
- good traction in rain/snow (have hydroplaned too many times in the accord)
- good grip
- quiet would be nice

thanks alot for the responses so far.
