loud knocking sound when gas pressed

if the car is still driving fine, i'd say try better gas.

Agreed. If it knocks faster are you rev up, most likely this. My old car did this. It gets progressively worst and louder over time.

It knocks even when wot but gets louder when push gas. What would it cost to fix spung bearing

You don't want to push the engine hard when it's not working properly. Might as well build the engine.

if it is a bearing or piston or valve...u might as well rebuild the whole engine since its all coming apart.

labor depends on where you bring it.
