In 10 years that 37" Olevia you bought would be highway robbery. "Paying too much" is highly relative to the time and comparible prices on similar products at the time of purchase.

yup.

hell i bought a discontinuing model tv for 1,700 in august, the new model can be had on sale now for 1,500. if you keep comparing shit like this when it comes to technology you'll never buy anything.

My dad paid over $3500 for a 600MHz Gateway PC with a 16" CRT in 1996. I feel bad about that
