If you wanted to game tomorrow ... like next September at best ... the PS3 is offering GT5.

:run: Is that the wheel that Target had on clearance a few months ago?

I think I'm going shopping at lunch for a 360. :eek5r:

Not the same wheel. The Target wheel was wired, by MadKatz.

It's a darn fine piece, especially for the price ($20ish) ... but the MS setup is deemed the best home wheel available, period.

It's too bad the Xbox doesn't support the Logitech G25 wheel.

On the console you select, make sure it's a "Go Pro" bundle with the 2 free games inside. Above the sku is a "lot number".

Look for the lot number of #741 or higher. These consoles have the newest motherboard and chip architecture. They use less electricity and are far cooler running, thus removing the infamous "red ring of death".

if you're really crazy enough ... find a Tupperware container and cover the thing. It'll cook in it's own air.

You can even cover the exhaust vents.

Im gonna try that tonight. I have the BB store warranty for mine. Since i bought the core on launch day and they don't offer the core anymore. I'll get a store credit. With that store credit and $50 more bucks i can get the Go Pro bundle and get 2 free games, an extra wireless controller, HDMI port, extra 20GB hard drive for storing stuff like demos and such.
