and i think the change in writers will be obvious. i mean, just as comparison check out the last season of gilmore girls (no homo) versus the others. it became a completely different very bad freak show.

i agree. sometimes you can't tell, and sometimes it's totally obvious.
you do know that MacFarlane is only the "head" writer. Every episode, sans a few writers he likes, is done by a seperate team of writers for every episode. He brings in new people for every episode. That is why FG is so hit or miss, he may be a big part but FG can survive for a while without him.

voices are voices...sure it will effect it, but I think the writing staff can hold it down until MacFarlane can get back to work. It may not be the FG we know but I think it will hold it together enough to keep the show afloat.
