wtf happened to customer service?
Why is it that you can't do a single business/service related thing these days without having and absolutely terrible experience? Be it setting up the cable, making an insurance claim, redeeming miles, setting up an auto-pay... it doesn't matter. If you call someone up to try and accomplish something, you will hang up the phone a half-hour later wanting to shoot something. You will be lied to by a stream of incompetent employees who have no intention of doing what you ask, or what they tell you they're going to do.
And they have the nerve to answer the phone "How can I exceed your expectations today?" You can start by not insulting my intelligence with that bullshit line, once you've done that, learn English and you'll be set... that would exceed my expectations!

Bank of America is actually one of the companies I'm talking about, although today's lovely little exercise was with Kaiser Permanente. If I wasn't on a group plan, I'd be shopping for new health insurance right now.
