tuesday night update:

-Been to the gym twice this week, did an hour on the stationary bike today h:
-Got up an hour early monday and today, sat through a boring commission-update class this afternoon, but otherwise work has been going pretty well.
-ate an undercooked turkey burger which resulted in terrible gas followed by mild constipation h:
-3 days drink free... this has got to be close to a personal record. Haven't really had the hankering yet.

Friday update:

I did all of them pretty well this week... had a few minor anger issues on the road, but nothing too bad.

But no booze all week, got up early and made a good showing at work every day, went to the gym 3 times, and spent an hour on the bike each time + weights, spent a grand total of $6 on food all week (I also sold my N64 and returned some shit to Home Depot, so I came out on top, money wise).

I'm feeling pretty good about this. I spent so little money this week by not boozing, and since I was so damn bored, I got a fair amount of sleep too. Funny that the healthiest I've tried to be in years happens to be the time I get a nasty cold, but whatever.

Well I hope when you drink your "football" beer it's a least a very good beer, not some swill that is best left for washing socks & jocks in.

I quit speed, drinking, smoking, and an assortment of other drugs and bad habits some time ago (smoking most recently) so your potshot is fired at the wrong person
