Good logic, since if they told me they had HIV I'd never talk to them again for fear of contracting it while sharing straws.

We talked about this in my Medical class. It looks promising, but there have been roughly 50 other drugs that had this same effect that failed later on.

Peppermint kills HIV in a petri dish..but not in a human body. : /

alot of viruses/diseases/etc... can be killed outside the human usually the big problem lies in not killing the person also h:

even if they did find a solution right now, how long until it reaches the mass public? 10-15 years is probably all some people have right now.

I guarantee roughly 20 years until it hits the public if this drug is confirmed. Too lengthy of a damn process. Many drug makers have moved out of the business because the research is costing many billion dollars more than they are making from the potentially useless drug.
