I have a question and didn't want to make a new topic for this, so...

I'm trying to make my weekly workout routine and was wondering if it was a bad idea to try to through it running/cycling after working out legs? Is it bad for the muscles or just redundant? Or should I maybe use the rowing machine on the days I work out legs for my cardio?

Oh and it is a better idea to do cardio AFTER weightlifting, not the other way around, right?

Also, do you guys think four exercises per muscle group is enough. Like 4 exercises for bi's, 4 for chest, 4 for abs, 4 for legs, 4 for back, 4 for shoulders, etc? Would I be able to cover the muscle groups well enough if I choose the right exercises?

Sorry for so many questions. I'm still learning. h:
